Data Deletion

Crestwave Agency Ltd and AdsCove let advertisers disconnect platform accounts and request deletion of stored credentials, Google Ads API data, approval records, usage records, and account data.

Disconnect a platform account

Email info@crestwaveagency.com with the subject "Platform disconnect request" and include the platform name and account email. We will revoke stored access and remove encrypted refresh tokens.

Delete stored Google Ads data

Email info@crestwaveagency.com with the subject "Google Ads data deletion request" and state whether you want credentials, tool logs, reports, or the full account record deleted.

Request data export

Email info@crestwaveagency.com with the subject "Data export request" if you want a copy of stored account, connection, approval, usage, and audit-log records before deletion.

Response time

We acknowledge deletion requests within 2 business days. Platform disconnection and stored credential deletion are completed within 3 business days after verifying the requester.
